When I came to Ford they had designed and built a seemingly slick but cavernous and vexing-to-use app; I was brought on to improve their UI design and rework the overall UX. I utilized the usable design elements, brought clarity to the UX design patterns showcasing a far more intuitive navigation, and refined and enhanced the simplicity of the slick black design.
